1. My discount code is not working, what do I do?
We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please note that some discount codes require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon check out to utilise the discount code.
2. Where is Jorge Athletico based?
Our office is located in sunny Queensland, Australia, not far from the heart of Brisbane.
3. Where are your products shipped from?
Our local Brisbane based Office.
4. Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes! Our standard shipping is via Australia Post and we also offer the following expedited shipping option:
- Australia Post ($10 Shipping and Handling)
- Registered Express Post ($15 Shipping and Handling)
- International Shipping ($30 Shipping and Handling)
5. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
We now offer international shipping and accept credit cards from outside of Australia.
6. How can I pay for my order?
Jorge Athletico currently accepts Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payment via PayPal, GooglePay and ApplePay.
7. How long will it take me to get my order and how can I check?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-10 business days. We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. Track your order through the link in your confirmation or through the SHOP app.
8. Can I cancel, change or exchange my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be requested through the Contact Us page. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and we will follow up with you with an exchange code; make sure to reach us via Contact Us page or on our socials.
9. How do I return my order and what do I do if my order is damaged?
Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our Contact Us page to initiate the returns process. We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team here.
10. Why did I only receive part of my order?
Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
11. I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouse. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and our customer service team are here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team via our contact us page, so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.
12. How do I take care of different fabric?
- Cotton: Cotton holds up well to home laundering. Remove the garment from the dryer promptly to reduce wrinkling. Press using spray starch for the crispness of a laundered shirt.
- Cotton blend: Dry cotton-blend garments using your dryer's permanent-press or low-heat cycle and remove immediately to reduce wrinkling. Touch up with a steam iron, starch for a professionally laundered look.
- Spandex: Use warm water when hand- or machine-washing items made with spandex. Line-dry or use a low temperature setting when machine-drying to preserve the elasticity of the garment.
